How do I start the Tenpenny Tower mission in Fallout 3? I saw the Ghoul outside trying to get in, but he left and I didn't even think to follow him. Do I need to find this Ghoul or talk to someone in the Tower?

There are 2 choices to start this misson. You can talk to Gustav just inside the gates of Tenpenny Tower and he will lead an army to fight the Ghouls. The other option is to Talk to Roy Phillips. He and his ghoul army is located under the Warrington Train yard or you can get to it through the Warrington Station. There will be some Feral Ghouls to fight off before you get to Roy, so don't hesitate to shoot. Roy will want you to unlock a back door into Tenpenny Tower to unleash his army. |
